Biography

I was born into a family of passionate musicians, where creativity and discipline were integral parts of life. From a young age, I immersed myself in the art of music, spending countless hours playing the piano and exploring melodies. Teaching became a natural part of my journey early on, at just 12 years old, I began teaching piano to younger students, an experience that taught me patience and the joy of helping others grow.

When I was in school, I discovered my love for mathematics, particularly calculus and geometry. These subjects fascinated me because they allowed me to play with numbers and shapes, requiring both creativity and problem-solving skills. I also supported my math teacher by helping my classmates understand challenging concepts, which sparked my passion for teaching and mentoring. After 18 years in Iran, I moved to Austria to pursue my passion for music. While studying in this vibrant academic environment, I delved deeper into my interest in mathematics and decided to study it at Vienna University. My academic journey has taught me to balance artistic creativity with analytical thinking skills, I now bring to my tutoring sessions.

I’ve honed my communication skills and my ability to simplify complex concepts in an engaging way. My tutoring approach focuses on creating a supportive environment where students feel confident to ask questions and explore new ideas. I tailor my teaching to their unique strengths and learning styles, using visual aids and relatable examples to make topics engaging and easy to understand. My goal is to build both knowledge and confidence, fostering curiosity and independence in my students.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy swimming, dancing, singing, and, of course, playing the piano. These hobbies keep me balanced and bring creativity and energy to my teaching. At AJ Tutoring, I’m excited to combine my love for education and my diverse experiences to help students unlock their full potential.

Happy Parents and Students

"Having the opportunity to work one on one to fully understand the concepts and not just memorized sections and forget it after a couple days helps a lot for finals. It is something you don't get in a classroom of 25-30 students"
