Goals:
This class we are learning how to apply the basic fundamentals of web design in order to build a website for your child! This website will be hosted on GitHub and is a great intro for your child who is interested in web development. We will go over basics like website structure and learning about HTML tags and then go into personalizing their website using CSS styling. This course requires a personal computer and web access at home for homework assignments.
Students who stay actively engaged in the learning process during the summer perform better during the school year.
